In Riverton, Utah, Mountain View Village’s Phase I plaza centers on Majestic, a 13-foot bronze American eagle sculpture honoring the community’s firefighters, police officers and National Guard members. OTL built the eagle fountain that showcases the sculpture for owner and developer CenterCal Properties, weaving flowing water around a tribute conceived by CenterCal chairman Fred Bruning and sculptor Brian Keith, whose bronze work has earned nationwide recognition.

CHALLENGE
Ownership wanted a centerpiece that celebrated Riverton’s first responders while anchoring the plaza of this 85-acre lifestyle destination. The fountain needed to elevate rather than compete with Keith’s already-striking bronze sculpture, extolling both public service and the beauty of the American eagle itself.
OTL’S
SOLUTION
OTL worked directly with Keith and CenterCal to integrate the eagle into a fountain where flowing water complements rather than overshadows the statue’s detail. Design, construction and mechanical systems all came together under one OTL-led build, spanning waterproofing, plumbing and the concrete work supporting the sculpture’s base.
Majestic now draws residents and visitors from miles around, its bronze eagle and flowing water standing as a lasting tribute to the public servants who protect the Riverton community, with Phase II and III bringing even more to the destination.
