As you know your firm, Outside the Lines, recently designed and installed a new fountain as a part of our renovation project at our Civic Center, which included our City Hall complex and entry Plaza. Your Project Manager, Jack Larsen and your crew exemplify what we all hope for in a contractor. Your team remained focused on their many tasks throughout the project and they were successful in their execution, the fountain is beautiful and exceeds all of our expectations.
The Plaza fountain has been met with rave reviews from our Community, City Visitors and our Civic Leaders. You should take great pride in the work your team created for the City of San Dimas City Hall, because I can assure you we will for years to come.
