During 2020, in our newsletter and throughout our social media platforms, we began spotlighting team members who are key to the success of our company.
While OTL is known throughout the USA and internationally for designing and building magnificent water features, rockwork and themed environments, our company’s true foundation is our people. OTL simply would not be the same without our incredibly talented, dedicated, and caring team.
This month’s Team Spotlight is devoted to Pedro Ceballos, OTL’s maintenance technician for the Southern California region. Pedro has been with the company for a little over two years, focusing on projects in cities ranging from Los Angeles to the Inland Empire. His diligence and meticulous attention to detail keep our fountains clean and well maintained for the long term, while showing the true beauty of our work.
Pedro discussed with us his favorite project since joining OTL, his greatest accomplishment at the firm, a fun fact about himself, and more:
Favorite project: “My favorite project to date is our Grand Park Fountain in Los Angeles. It is by far one of the most challenging projects that I work on due to its complexity. It is also a great focal point for the city, which holds many events and films movies at this location. Keeping this fountain running properly and clean not only is a reflection of my work at OTL, but also represents a historical place in the city of Los Angeles.”
Greatest accomplishment at OTL: “Since starting at OTL in early 2019, I have been able to bring in several new maintenance projects. The relationships I foster with our clients regularly lead to referrals for new business.”
Fun fact about Pedro: “I enjoy the outdoors. I am an avid hunter and spend a lot of time camping and adventuring with my family. I am blessed with a beautiful wife, three boys, and one girl.”
Aspirations for the future: “I really enjoy maintaining the finished products of our work, and I look forward to continued growth in our maintenance division. I would like to build a team of maintenance employees that can assist me in growing our California region. I also look forward to training new maintenance technicians who enjoy working outdoors and with water features.”
