The Outlets at Orange

Shoppers enjoy the California sunshine and Orange County’s perfect climate as they stroll through this inviting open-air outlet shopping and entertainment center, featuring a diverse collection of retail, restaurants, a skatepark, movie theater and full-service spa.

The OTL team designed and installed a raised, infinity-edge reflecting pool clad in black granite. The elliptical fountain, built around a specimen palm tree, is located just outside of Bloomingdale’s Outlet.

The Outlets at Orange was developed by the Mills Corporation and is now owned jointly by Simon Properties and the KanAm Group. The project’s general contractor was Moorfield Construction, Inc. with Architects Orange and Ridge Landscape Architects heading project design.
