Outside the Lines has had another amazing year, as it designed, constructed and maintained some of the world’s most recognized themed construction projects.
Not only did OTL gain recognition from the Orange County Business Journal and Inc. 500|5000 for its growth, OTL was also featured in the Chase Business Banking Mission Main Street national business campaign.
As OTL continued to grow and gain industry-wide recognition, it also completed a multitude of high-profile water feature and rockwork projects.
Water Feature at Grand Park
Los Angeles, California
Outside the Lines reconstructed the magnificent 1960s-era fountain with joint venture partner Raymond Group. They restored and re-energized the fountain to create an interactive gathering place highlighted by water shows with synchronized colored LED lights.
The new water feature has two separate closed-loop water systems. The upper system features a 50-foot spray of water that shoots upward in the original fountain bowl. During the day, visitors enjoy splashing in its lower membrane pool, where water flows across 6,200 square feet of dark granite. Read more
Rockwork and Water Feature at Private Estate
Anaheim Hills, California
Combining rockwork and water, the artisans at Outside the Lines designed and constructed a series of streams, waterfalls and ponds at the entry of the estate. The water feature comes alive with koi ponds that are enhanced with lush plantings of flowers and ornamental grasses.
The water feature is bright and spectacular during day, but takes on a more enchanting mood at night when landscape lighting adds shadows and depth. The water feature creates the perfect welcome for the homeowners and visitors alike when they arrive at the estate. Read more

Farmington, Utah
Artisans and engineers from Outside the Lines designed, choreographed and constructed the multi-million dollar show fountain, which was conceived by landscape architectural design firm Lifescapes International.
The fountain is one of only two show fountains in the United States that boasts the technology that created its magical combination of colored lights, music, movement and 30-60-foot high dancing waters. The fountain’s choreographed water show is created by 52 vertical chasing nozzles and six robot nozzles that move water side to side, front to back, and can twist and turn in all directions.
