Since 2020, in our newsletter and throughout our social media platforms, we have been spotlighting team members who are key to the success of our company.
While OTL is known throughout the USA and internationally for designing and building magnificent water features, rockwork and themed environments, our company’s true foundation is our people. OTL simply would not be the same without our incredibly talented, dedicated, and caring team.
This month’s Team Spotlight is devoted to our Senior Project Manager, Mike Cuicchi. Mike, who was recently promoted from Project Manager, has been with the company since September 2022 and leads our project management team. He is responsible for the daily oversight of project schedules, budgets, materials, subcontractors, and most importantly, maintaining excellent relationships with our clients and colleagues. Mike also serves as a mentor to our Project Engineers and the other Project Managers on our team.
We spoke with Mike about his experience working for OTL and a fun fact about him that people may not know.
What is the best part about being on the OTL team?
The people. Our team comprises water feature professionals with decades of experience and a common goal to produce the best product for our clients.
Can you share a fun fact about yourself that readers may not know?
I’m an avid XC mountain bike athlete, I earned two trips to the APA Billiards World Championships Las Vegas, and I have a 185 bowling average.
What are you excited about accomplishing with OTL?
I’m excited to learn all aspects of water feature choreography, new show-control systems, and different construction methods. I’m also pleased to be offered a forum to share my knowledge and experiences gained throughout my career to continually improve the project management department.
