Getting to Know OTL’s Maintenance Supervisor Kai Schodrowski

Since 2020, in our newsletter and throughout our social media platforms, we have been spotlighting team members who are key to the success of our company.

While OTL is known throughout the USA and internationally for designing and building magnificent water features, rockwork and themed environments, our company’s true foundation is our people. OTL simply would not be the same without our incredibly talented, dedicated, and caring team.

This month’s Team Spotlight is devoted to our Maintenance Supervisor Kai Schodrowski. A member of the OTL team since February 2023, Kai manages all our maintenance technicians in alignment with the projects we design, build, and maintain. He has been a huge asset for our team and we’re grateful for his expertise.

Kai told us the best part about working at OTL and some interesting fun facts about his life.

What attracted you to OTL?

I was interested in the ability to utilize my experience in water quality, pool, and fountain maintenance with a growing company like OTL.

What is the best part about being on the OTL team?

The best part of this job is the people I work with, as well as being able to travel to all our job sites and work hands-on with the team.

Can you share a fun fact about yourself that readers may not know?

I’m a pretty talented surfer and a former model.  😉

What are you excited about accomplishing with OTL?

I’m excited about watching the team grow and seeing the results of the team’s work paying off in the beautiful water features we create and the joy it brings people.
