Getting to Know OTL’s Administrative/Accounting Assistant Nathan Touche

In our newsletter and throughout our social media platforms, OTL spotlights team members who are key to the success of our company.   

While our company is known throughout the USA and internationally for designing, building and maintaining magnificent water features, rockwork and themed environments, our true foundation is our people. OTL simply would not be the same without our incredibly talented, dedicated, and caring team.  

This month’s Team Spotlight is devoted to our Administrative/Accounting Assistant Nathan Touche. Nathan is responsible for invoicing and accounting, maintaining inventory, and assisting team members with purchasing and shipping project materials. Even though he just joined OTL in early 2025, he has proven himself invaluable to our team and the company as whole. 

We spoke with Nathan about what attracted him to OTL and the best part about being a member of our team. 

Why OTL? OTL provided me the opportunity to get out of my comfort zone and enter a new industry. When doing my research on the company, I saw projects on the company’s website and Instagram that were so aesthetically pleasing to look at, it made me excited to be a part of the creation of these incredible water features. 

Best part about being on the OTL team: Since I’ve been here, the team has welcomed me and made my transition into this role as seamless as possible. Everyone here is incredibly friendly and more than willing to help, which makes coming to work fun and easy. 

Fun fact about Nathan: I have a background in kinesiology and am still heavily involved in sports and performance. I have worked with and continue to work with high school and college-level athletes on strength, speed, and performance in their respective sports. I am also a die-hard fan of the Dodgers, Lakers, and Cowboys, as well as an avid MMA/UFC enthusiast. 

What he is excited about accomplishing at OTL: I’m excited to grow in the industry and with the company. In my position, I get to see a little of everything that goes into each project. With the help of the rest of the OTL team, I look forward to finding a scope of work that I love and transitioning into that area completely, to play an even more integral role in transforming these beautifully crafted designs into reality. I also look forward to visiting future projects with friends and family and knowing that I helped bring those projects to life.
