Getting to Know OTL’s Area Service Care and Maintenance Manager Billy Johnston

Since 2020, in our newsletter and throughout our social media platforms, we have been spotlighting team members who are key to the success of our company.

While OTL is known throughout the USA and internationally for designing and building magnificent water features, rockwork and themed environments, our company’s true foundation is our people. OTL simply would not be the same without our incredibly talented, dedicated, and caring team.

This month’s Team Spotlight is devoted to our Area Service Care and Maintenance Manager Billy Johnston. Billy joined our company in July 2023 and works hard to service and maintain projects we design and/or construct as well as those designed and/or constructed by others. His work allows these water features to function optimally, minimizing downtime and disruption for owners and operators and maximizing ROI. Billy is an excellent addition to OTL, and we’re happy to have him on our team!

Billy told us why he was drawn to OTL and a fun fact about himself.

What attracted you to OTL?

I was looking for an opportunity to join a growing company, and OTL fits that description perfectly.

What is the best part about being on the OTL team?

I love the support I receive from my other team members—it confirms for me that I’m respected and part of something truly great.

Can you share a fun fact about yourself that readers may not know?

I enjoy taking my SXS mudding, coaching Little League, and traveling as much as possible.

What are you excited about accomplishing with OTL?

I’m excited to have joined a great team with which I can find my spot and continue to grow!
